Payment is due at pickup or delivery unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes (HST) as shown at checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure menu items, prices, and deals displayed on our website are accurate and current. However, prices, availability, and deals are subject to change without notice, and errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you’ve placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Estimated delivery and pickup times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery is available only within the zones we service, as determined at checkout based on your address. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather or traffic conditions.

Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible (see Section 9) so we can make it right.
